Where are you based?
In person training takes place in Newcastle upon Tyne city centre.
Online personal training, GPT2POINT0 eight week programme, group sessions and Pilates are all available online.
What is the #GPT2POINT0 programme?
GPT2POINT0 is an 8 week online programme that applies fat loss education to your current regime so you learn how and why as well as actually getting results. It includes full nutrition guidance, video tutorials, exercise techniques, workouts to do at home or in the gym, real time workouts that you can follow along including HIIT sessions and Pilates.
You also get photo and measurement check ins, closed Facebook support group for recipe ideas, live Q&As, motivation, inspiration and accountability.
How much is it?
It’s £120 for the initial 8 week programme and then a £10 rolling monthly subscription to stay in the group after that.
Can you do the plan at home?
Yes! One main aim of the programme is to educate you on your nutritional needs to hit your goals - you don’t need to train at all to begin with if you don’t want to. It will also teach you about NEAT - Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. Then you will have the option of gym or home workouts. There are HIIT, kettlebell and Pilates live workouts that you can follow in your living room or anywhere in the world, you don’t require much space.
What exercise will be involved?
You will be given a personalised training programme that you can fit around your own schedule. It will be resistance based and you can use it with your own cardio (classes, running, walking, YouTube videos etc)
Do we all exercise together as a group or just as and when we book in?
You do your own plan but can join my small group sessions as part of your routine if you want to be pushed and make sure you’re doing everything right. To purchase a small group training pass just drop me an email or message me on Facebook or Instagram.
Do I take my own measurements and before photos?
Yes. You will be asked to submit your measurements and photos every two weeks to keep a track of progress.
Do you need any equipment?
You can do it without but may find at least a kettlebell and exercise mat useful if you don’t have a gym.
Can I still drink?
You can literally have whatever you like. I’m just going to teach you how to make improvements in order to hit your goals.
